What are yard workers?

Yard workers are laborers who perform a variety of tasks to maintain and organize outdoor spaces such as storage yards, warehouses, or industrial lots. To thrive as a Yard Worker, you need basic physical fitness, familiarity with landscaping or warehouse operations, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with hand tools, forklifts, pallet jacks, or inventory management systems can be valuable, and some employers may require safety certifications.
