AMAZON JOB SITE

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable Construction General Labor / Equipment Spotters to support active construction and specialty cleaning job sites. This position focuses on job site safety by spotting and monitoring equipment operations, while also performing general labor duties such as cleanup, trash removal, and assisting crews.

This is a Second Chance company and a felon-friendly employer. Applicants with prior convictions are encouraged to apply and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as an equipment spotter for lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other construction equipment

Maintain visual awareness of multiple pieces of equipment (typically 3–4 at a time)

Watch for hazards, obstructions, pedestrians, and unsafe job site conditions

Communicate clearly with equipment operators and crew members to ensure safe movement and operation

Assist equipment operators and crew members as needed

Perform general construction labor duties including:

Sweeping and job site cleanup

Collecting, hauling, and disposing of trash and debris

Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Assisting with basic labor tasks as assigned

Follow all company and job site rules and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Ability to remain alert and attentive while monitoring equipment

Comfortable working around construction equipment and active job sites

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform light to moderate physical labor

Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
