The Accounts Payable Specialist complies and maintains accounts payable records.
Preferred Experience:
  • Education/Certification(s): High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous accounts payable experience

Pay:
  • Up to $18.00 + based on experience

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Accounts Payable Specialist duties include but are not limited to:
  • Process Inventory Invoices and/or Drop Ship Invoices
  • Review & Reconcile Statements
  • Maintains all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets
