Job description

A client of AlphaStaffHCM™ is seeking a Longevity & Hormone Optimization Provider (NP, PA-C, or MD/DO) to join a growing wellness practice focused on preventative medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, sexual wellness, and longevity care.


Job Description

As a Longevity & Hormone Optimization Provider, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, sexual wellness, and preventative health services. You will conduct comprehensive consultations, review and interpret laboratory results, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to help patients achieve optimal health and longevity.


In this role, you will prescribe and manage hormone therapies, oversee weight-loss programs utilizing GLP-1 medications and other evidence-based treatments, and educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, and wellness strategies. You will work closely with a collaborative clinical team while providing a high-touch, concierge-style patient experience.


The ideal candidate is passionate about preventative and regenerative medicine, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and is comfortable discussing wellness programs and treatment options with motivated patients who are invested in their health.



Must Have's:

  • Active NP, PA-C, or MD/DO license
  • Experience with or strong interest in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing hormones, aging, weight management, and other sensitive wellness topics
  • Professional, energetic, personable personality
  • Interest in preventative, regenerative, and longevity medicine
  • Ability to build long-term patient relationships

Plusses:

  • HRT, functional medicine, age management, wellness medicine, family practice, internal medicine, endocrinology, urology, gynecology, or obesity medicine experience
  • Experience with medical weight-loss programs and GLP-1 medications
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms
  • Strong sales, patient conversion, or consultative selling skills
  • Knowledge of testosterone therapy and women's hormone optimization
