About Us

Southern Surgical Arts Beauty Bar is a surgeon-backed medical aesthetics and wellness practice specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, sexual wellness, and nutraceutical protocols.

As we expand our wellness division, we are seeking a Lead NP or PA to provide exceptional patient care, develop clinical protocols, and help drive program growth.


Compensation & Benefits

Position Overview

This leadership-track role focuses on delivering and advancing care in:

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/TRT)
  • Medical Weight Loss (including GLP-1 therapies)
  • Peptide Therapy
  • Sexual Wellness
  • Supplements & Nutraceutical Protocols

You’ll play a key role in shaping patient outcomes, refining protocols, and supporting the growth of our wellness programs—with a clear path toward Program Director.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies based on labs and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation (Nextech)
  • Develop, refine, and implement clinical protocols
  • Support training and onboarding of team members
  • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience
  • Collaborate with the team to improve scheduling efficiency, patient retention, and revenue growth

Qualifications
  • Active NP or PA license
  • Experience in hormone therapy (HRT/TRT), medical weight loss, peptides, or wellness care
  • Background in a medspa, hormone clinic, or wellness clinic preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
