Job description

A growing concierge wellness clinic in Dallas is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead patient care and help grow the practice. This is modern, membership-based medicine with real time for each patient, full autonomy, and none of the insurance red tape. The clinic focuses on hormone health, weight management, sexual wellness, and aesthetics for a primarily male membership, so comfort discussing hormone optimization and peptide therapy is part of the day to day. Full training is provided, including a complete hormone health program, so your drive and people skills matter more than a perfect resume. The role starts at three days a week and grows into full-time as the practice expands, with your hours and earnings tied directly to the results you drive. This is not a passive clinical seat. As the face of the clinic, you are also its main growth driver, guiding members toward the treatment plans that fit them. If you are energized by building relationships and growing a book of business, you will thrive here.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary clinical provider across hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, weight management, and aesthetics.
  • Evaluate patients, build individualized treatment plans, and prescribe under the medical director's supervision.
  • Own patient consultations end to end, educating members on their options and guiding them to plans that fit their goals.
  • Help grow clinic membership and revenue through confident, patient-first conversations.
  • Perform in-clinic procedures such as intramuscular injections and PRP, with training available.
  • Keep clean, timely documentation and help run an organized clinic day.
Qualifications
  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
  • At least one year of clinical experience.
  • The ability to connect with patients and guide decisions matters most.
  • Willingness to discuss and recommend hormone therapy, peptides, and related treatments.
  • Prior experience is a plus, and full training is provided.
  • Comfortable owning patient consultations and running your own clinic flow.
  • A sales-minded provider who is comfortable guiding patients toward treatment plans and recommending services. You see helping a patient choose the right care as a service, not a pitch.
  • Nice to have. Active DEA registration (the clinic will cover it if you do not already hold one).
  • Background in hormone therapy, aesthetics (Botox, PRP, pellets), or a cash-pay concierge setting.
  • Track record of hitting revenue, membership, or patient growth targets.
Benefits
  • Base of $68,000 to $93,000, annualized for the three-day schedule, scaling as the role grows to full-time.
  • Uncapped commission with a target of about $12,000 per year and real upside for strong performers.
  • DEA registration, Texas license renewal, and malpractice insurance covered by the clinic if needed.
  • Paid onboarding and full hormone health training.
  • Clear path from part-time to full-time, with growth tied to your performance.
  • High autonomy in a modern, cash-pay clinic with real time for each patient.
