YOU WILL
The primary responsibility of the Territory Relations Manager (TRM) is to create, cultivate, and maintain relationships with dental offices and providers to generate patient referrals for the surgery center in their territory. A majority of the TRM's time will be spent visiting dental offices, community health centers, and other potential referral sources within their market. The purpose of these visits is to create genuine relationships with providers and staff, educate them regarding Blue Cloud, and commit them to refer qualified patients to our facility.
Your responsibilities include the following:
  • Generate patient referrals
  • Build the brand through relationship development and marketing materials
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls associated with patient referrals
  • Produce meaningful reports and diagnose marketing analytics
  • Identify and define specific business development objectives to maximize patient referrals and improve the patient and referral partner experience
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual referral objectives
  • Monitor referral partner trends and develop strategic initiatives to improve market penetration
  • Manage inter-office communications between the surgery center and referral partners
  • Utilize market data and internal reports to provide data-based analysis that deliver business building initiatives
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. This position requires up to 30% out-of-the-area travel. However, generally, out-of-the-area travel is not necessary

YOU HAVE
Requirements + Qualifications
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Ability to drive an automobile regularly
  • A vehicle that can be used throughout the workday
  • Ability to travel to and start your workday in the surgery center
  • Comfort and capable working on computers
  • Familiarity with and ability to work with the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A smartphone and phone plan that can be used for business calls, texts, email access, etc. throughout the workday

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required
