Position Summary:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have great customer service skills and must be computer savvy and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to triage and prioritize projects and deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls, over 50 calls daily.
  • Manage Auto Insurance coverage eligibility.
  • Manage the internal orientation process and file for every new hire.
  • Follow up by phone with each candidate in the hiring process to encourage completion of pending HR and Safety tasks.
  • When available leads are low, revisit existing and eligible pipeline candidates.
  • Coordinate road tests with candidates and company personnel.
  • Inquire Safety Dept to conduct drug tests in a timely manner for drivers who pass the road test.
  • Manage ad posting process and tools.
  • Regularly pursue and update open driver needs.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • 3+ year of minimum experience in recruiting.
  • 3+ years of minimum experience in a customer service related environment.
  • Experience in Transportation Industry is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated self-starter who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic with high personal standards for quality of work.
  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:
  • The pay is $24.00 - $26.00/hour, eligible for overtime.
