Community Relations Manager – Home Healthcare

Location: Western, Montana

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Relations Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting patient-centered care. This role involves increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and building relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and increase awareness of Granite Peak Home Health’s services.

  • Collaborate with executive and clinical teams to understand target markets and create campaigns that resonate with prospective patients, families, and healthcare providers.

  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.

  • Manage Granite Peak Home Health’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online reviews, ensuring they reflect the brand’s values and engage the target audience.

  • Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and enhance patient acquisition.

  • Set up meetings with doctors, clinics, social services representatives, and discharge planners to promote our services.

  • Nurture accounts with regular drop-ins, either weekly or bi-weekly, to maintain and strengthen relationships.

  • Travel throughout the state to build brand awareness, maintain relationships, and attend provider meetings.

  • Drive business growth by spending a majority of the workday in the field developing relationships at community and educational events that result in eligible client referrals and applicants for Granite Peak Home Health and back-office staff.

  • Distribute information materials and participate in promotional activities related to AccentCare’s non-medical homecare line of business.

  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve strategies and optimize ROI.

  • Organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other initiatives to promote Granite Peak Home Health’s services.

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial goals.

  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home healthcare or related sectors.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content creation, and social media management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and community outreach strategies.

  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Market development in a healthcare setting: 1 year (Preferred).

  • Sales in home care/home health setting: 1 year (Preferred).

  • Clean driver’s license with a clean driving record (Preferred).
