Job description

The Test Facilities Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering (TFOME) Contract at  the NASA Glenn Research Center, Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility in Sandusky, Ohio is searching for an individual who has experience performing duties relating to document control and recordkeeping.

This position is a TEMPORARY assignement that will last approximately 2-4 months.


This person will assist the Document Administrator with the following responsibilities:

  1. Cataloguing, recording, indexing, filing, maintaining, copying and/or scanning all records, including facility and historical documents.
  2. Processing documents that are due for renewal and tracking their progress.
  3. Processing and tracking document change requests from receipt through approval.
  4. Overall implementation and maintenance of the records program.

This position requires:

  1. Document control and recordkeeping experience in a relevant field.
  2. Proficiency with computers, different software programs, and generating reports.
  3. Attention to detail, judgment ability, accuracy, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
