Construction document control refers to the process of managing, organizing, and tracking all documents related to a construction project. This includes drawings, contracts, permits, specifications, and correspondence. Document control ensures that the right versions of documents are accessible to the right people at the right time, reducing errors and delays. It is typically handled by a document controller or a project administrator using specialized software and standardized procedures to maintain compliance and project efficiency.

Proactive organization and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accuracy and supporting smooth project workflows.
