Responsibilities
The Documentation Support Specialist position is part of the Quality Team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):


How This Role Impacts--And Provides Value To--Others

Processing, scanning, indexing, and filing quality and production documentation (including handwritten records and test reports).
Maintaining document control systems to ensure accurate versioning, traceability, and compliance with internal procedures.
Ensuring quality records are complete, legible, and stored in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Supporting audits by retrieving documentation and ensuring records are readily accessible.
Collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to collect and organize documentation.
Identifying and correcting documentation inconsistencies or missing information.
Assisting with the creation and formatting of standard forms, templates, and reports.
Ensuring timely entry and maintenance of records in internal and external systems.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to document control processes.
Additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Director.

Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
0-3 years of experience in administrative, documentation, or quality support roles.
Intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Compensation
This position is full-time, hourly, non-exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for Northeast Ohio/the Great Lakes region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.
