Documentation Analyst Senior (Information Mapping)

Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Documentation Analyst Senior (Information Mapping) is responsible for researching and documenting more complex projects and work processes to ensure business continuity and consistency.

How you will make an impact:

  • Researches, extrapolates, compiles and validates data on flows, systems, coding, and testing problems and processing issues.
  • Makes recommendations for process changes and works with management to obtain sign-off and to implement.
  • Develops and updates flows and end-user documentation based on research and system changes.
  • Facilitates issues meetings; assists in managing intranet site by uploading procedures and maintaining a daily bulletin.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires H.S. diploma; 3-5 years related experience, of which at least 2 should be in documentation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Learning and Development and/or Training/Development experience highly preferred.
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • Information Mapping (certification) experience highly preferred.
  • Process Mapping experience preferred.
  • Performance Support experience preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $62,040 to $93,060.
