Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.

Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 1 month

Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Custodian Vault Analyst to support our client’s operations. The ideal candidate will manage the secure storage and retrieval of sensitive documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the integrity of data.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the vault of documents, ensuring all materials are stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Perform regular audits of stored documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinate the retrieval and transfer of documents as needed for internal teams and external requests.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of document storage and retrieval activities.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding document availability and status.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand document needs and facilitate access.
  • Identify areas for improvement in document management processes and recommend solutions.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to junior staff or interns as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in document management or records administration.

Education and Experience Preferred:
