Documentation Analyst 2
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Documentation Analyst 2 to support document control, records management, and information services functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining controlled documentation systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing document revisions, and supporting electronic records retention processes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and enforce documentation standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain controlled documentation systems and records retention processes.
- Manage electronic and physical records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements established by regulatory agencies.
- Maintain technical and non-technical document change control systems.
- Classify, organize, and archive records according to established procedures.
- Interpret and enforce documentation formatting standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Coordinate document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
- Support regulatory submissions and dossier assembly activities as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3 years of professional experience; OR
- Master's Degree in a related field with 1 year of professional experience.
- Experience with document control, records management, or documentation administration.
- Knowledge of document lifecycle management and change control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a regulated environment such as aerospace, defense, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical devices.
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and records retention policies.
- Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections.
