Job description

Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts a variety of technical and administrative tasks.
  • Prepares documents for scanning
  • Scans documents and forms as directed.
  • Inputs data into client systems
  • Performs quality control and quality assurance on images and data
  • Assist with preparing boxes for storage and shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records inventory
  • Assist team on project tasks as needed
  • Maintains project files both manually and electronically.
  • Completes project tasking and deliverables within established program deadlines and service level agreement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Two years of experience in general office practices.
  • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database, and other office software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • High School, Technical Certification, or Graduate of Technical/Trade School
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a DOI Public Trust

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with public and proprietary Federal Records, Data and Documents
  • Experience with creating inventories for Federal Records Center

WAGE INFORMATION
Target hourly range: $24.00 - $30.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
