Our client is hiring a Document Imaging Coordinator to support document imaging, records management, and archiving in a fast-paced banking environment. This role oversees document integrity, imaging, archiving, retrieval, and compliance while providing operational and technical support across the bank.


What You'll Do:


• Oversee document imaging, archiving, retrieval, and quality control

• Monitor daily workflow and ensure compliance deadlines are met

• Support document management systems and process improvements

• Maintain records, statements, and offsite storage

• Partner with bank departments to support audit, compliance, and records management



What We're Looking For:


• Banking experience with document or records management

• Advanced OnBase (Optima)

• Archival System experience

• Knowledge of SQL and FIS Core System

• Familiarity with FOS Statement Output Service

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Excellent organization and communication skills
