Required/Desired Skills:
    Required - 5 years - Proficient in MS Project using MS Project Server to manage multi-million dollar projects with multiple year durations
    Required - 5 years - Strong communication skills, oral and written with project team, management and executive management
    Required - 5 years - Planning and management skills, including scope estimating, budgeting, testing, quality assurance and resource allocation
    Required - 5 years - Experience with project risk management, including failure mode effect analysis
    Required - 1 years - Experience with implementing solutions utilizing SharePoint 2013
    Required - 5 years - IT project management experience
    Required - 5 years - Strong analytical and conceptual skills
