Immediate Start! Document Management Project.
Great Opportunity for someone who thrives in busy office, team environment.
This project will start ASAP. The rate is $16 hourly. The schedule is Monday-Friday with two shifts available. First shift is from 2:30 pm - 10:30pm and second shift is from 10:30pm - 6:30am. The position requires someone who can maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-moving environment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual who can work effectively as a Document Imaging Specialist to assist with a high-volume document scanning project. This role involves preparing legal and administrative documents for scanning by removing staples and fasteners, sorting pages, and organizing files.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review job tickets to capture project information and determine the best output method.
  • Set up and operate scanners to complete client projects.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Meet production deadlines and complete tasks within allocated time standards.
  • Track job totals accurately to support correct billing.
  • Perform quality control throughout each project and correct errors as needed.
  • Communicate questions or issues to the team leader for proper handling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client materials.

Qualifications:
  • Strong time management, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate desktop computers, scanners, copiers, and printers.
  • Ability to work independently after training.
  • Basic math and computer knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe products preferred.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
