Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting physical records into high-quality digital assets while maintaining strict production and quality standards .

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the document conversion process by expertly preparing, sorting, and scanning hardcopy records to deliver high-quality electronic images that meet client objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Imaging Center team to follow production procedures and maintain accurate internal documentation for seamless project tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a secure, clean, and regulatory-compliant work environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in document prep, scanning, or a fast-paced administrative environment.

  • Strong knowledge of PC operations and computer-related products to navigate imaging software efficiently.

  • Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy and detail while working at a sustained pace to meet production goals.

  • Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

  • Pay Rate: $18.75/hr – paid biweekly.

  • Schedule/Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm OR 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
