Who We Are Hitachi Rail is a fully integrated, global provider of rail solutions across rolling stock, signaling, service & maintenance, digital technology and turnkey. With a presence in 38 countries across three continents and over 13,000 employees, our mission is to contribute to society through the continuous development of superior rail transport solutions.
Accountabilities:
  • Managing correspondence with the Customer, Subcontractors and External Parties involved in the Project
  • Managing the release, transmission and distribution of Contract Deliverables for Customer review cycles
  • Maintaining the Project SharePoint Libraries up-to-date
  • Managing transfer of documents among the ASTS Product Data Management System (Team center) and the Customer's Oracle-Primavera Contract Management System (Unifier)
  • Support the Project team in timely resolution of documentation management issues
  • Support the Quality Management team in ensuring high quality of the document control process

Required Skills/ Knowledge:
  • Typically a minimum of five years of experience in documentation management and project support
  • Excellent knowledge MS Office package, in particular Word and Excel
  • Documentation management
  • Activities tracking
  • Must be detail-oriented

Desired Skills/ Knowledge:
