Docketing Specialist
#1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
#2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in patent docketing with a patent law firm or related experience required;
Responsibilities of the Docketing Specialist:

  • 3+ years of experience in patent docketing with a patent law firm or related experience required;
  • Knowledge and understanding of US and foreign patent prosecution procedures, terminology and deadlines as well as familiarity with various Patent Office databases, including USPTO's PAIR;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Proficiency with Foundation IP preferred;
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability and flexibility to respond well and prioritize and multi-task in a timely manner in a fast paced, high volume, due date driven environment;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Requirements of the Docketing Specialist:
  • 3+ years of experience in patent docketing with a patent law firm or related experience required;
  • Knowledge and understanding of US and foreign patent prosecution procedures, terminology and deadlines as well as familiarity with various Patent Office databases, including USPTO's PAIR;
Other Key Requirements:
  • In office role.
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
