Job description

We are looking for a highly organised Traffic Coordinator to manage the full production flow for our marketing and sales campaigns during our peak intake cycles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, tight timelines, and coordinating multiple teams to deliver marketing outputs that are accurate, on time, and on brand.

You will be the central point of control for OOH campaigns, collateral production, and workflow management across Sales, Creative, Digital, Operations, and our external suppliers. The work you do will directly support student recruitment across 12 campuses and the online “13th campus.”

Location: National (can work from any of our 12 national campuses)
