Connoisseur Media is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Traffic Continuity Coordinator to play a vital role in the success of our broadcast and digital advertising operations. This position will be in the office located in the Bay Area of California. This position sits at the intersection of programming, sales, and revenue, ensuring that premium advertising inventory is managed with precision, accuracy, and care across multiple radio stations. As a key member of our operations team, the Traffic Continuity Coordinator helps keep everything running smoothly-meeting tight deadlines, maintaining flawless logs, and supporting both internal teams and clients with reliable, timely information.

What you need to do to be successful in this position:
  • Prepare and Manage Program Logs: Accurately prepare daily program logs for one or more of our five radio stations, ensuring precision and adherence to strict deadlines. Schedule and Process Commercials: Efficiently schedule radio commercials and process commercial contracts on a daily basis.
  • Provide Inventory Insights: Supply station management with accurate and up-to-date advertising inventory information.
  • Collaborate on Programming: Work closely with station programmers to ensure hourly clocks are accurate and current on all program logs.
  • Reconcile Daily Logs: Reconcile daily program logs for assigned radio stations, verifying all scheduled content aired correctly.
  • Generate Reports: Prepare various reports for station management as needed, providing valuable insights into our traffic operations.
  • Manage Commercial Copy as needed: Process and schedule commercial copy, ensuring all ad materials are ready for air.
  • Utilize Industry Tools: Work with third-party service, programming, and spot providers such as Wide Orbit, Mr. Master, vCreative, or other industry networks.
  • Support Team Operations: Perform other duties consistent with the position to ensure smooth and efficient traffic operations.
