Provide essential front-office support while enjoying a flexible schedule. Bettendorf Community School District is seeking organized, personable individuals to serve as Guest Secretaries on an as-needed basis.
Position: Guest Secretary
Location: Bettendorf Community School District
Rate of Pay: $14.50/hour
Hours: Varies - filling in on an as-needed basis
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants must have valid U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or an active work visa.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience providing secretarial or administrative support
  • A courteous, professional demeanor when greeting and assisting staff, students, and the public by phone and in person
  • Proficiency in typing, word processing, and operation of standard office equipment
