We are looking for Experienced HVAC Controls Technicians to join our growing team.
Primary Job Function: Controls technician for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems will perform service calls and work on larger projects in cooperation with a project manager. This includes working with DDC controllers, low voltage wiring, DDC graphical programming (ABB, Johnson FX, Distech, Tridium, Honeywell, AAON, and several other controls manufacturers), wiring diagrams, and mechanical plans, as well as performing other assigned tasks as required.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends as required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license & insurable driving record

  • Experience with MS Visio

  • Experience with controls

  • Experience with DDC, PLC, or similar Ladder-Logic programming

  • 2+ years of experience with diagnosis, programming, and repair of building automation systems

  • Experience with Cylon (ABB), Distech Controls, Honeywell, or JCI is a plus

  • Experience with Tridium Niagara is a plus

  • Tridium Niagara N4 certification is a plus
