Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Distech Programmer
to be part of the development and standardization of our Distech building automation programming environment. This role will be responsible for helping establish Distech programming standards, supporting production-level programming, and serving as a technical leader for Distech controls projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced programming, configuration, and commissioning of Distech building automation systems.

  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field technicians to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance
    to junior programmers and controls technicians.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience programming Distech.

  • Strong proficiency with Niagara Framework and Distech controllers.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and system integration experience within BAS/BMS environments.

  • Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor technical staff.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and building automation best practices.
