The Resolution Analyst is responsible for taking incoming issues and questions from sales, operations and internal teams. The Resolution Analyst will coordinate with the appropriate teams to solve all issues and provide solutions and feedback to the stakeholders; ensure consistent work processes are in place across all teams; and participate in ad hoc projects.ย

Required
โขย ย ย Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service- and resolution-oriented environmentย
โขย ย ย Demonstrated understanding of the order to cash workflow
โขย ย ย Familiarity with front office software (FOX & CAF preferred)
โขย ย ย Demonstrated understanding of complete billing function within a large ERP package (PeopleSoft strongly preferred)
โขย ย ย Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Nice to Have
โขย ย ย Bachelorโs degree in Business related discipline (Accounting, CIS or Finance preferred) preferred but not required
