Job description

The Resolution Analyst is responsible for taking incoming issues and questions from sales, operations and internal teams. The Resolution Analyst will coordinate with the appropriate teams to solve all issues and provide solutions and feedback to the stakeholders; ensure consistent work processes are in place across all teams; and participate in ad hoc projects.ย

โ€ขย ย  ย Serve as point of contact for incoming inquiries from the field and internal teams
โ€ขย ย  ย Develop solutions for complex issues that cross between teams
โ€ขย ย  ย Create and ensure standard work processes are being utilizedย 
โ€ขย ย  ย Ensure issues are resolved and closed out timely
โ€ขย ย  ย Provide status updates and final feedback to stakeholders
โ€ขย ย  ย Track issues by working through tickets in the USD system
โ€ขย ย  ย Participate in ad hoc projects and process enhancement roll-outsย

Required

โ€ขย ย  ย Demonstrated understanding of the order to cash workflow
โ€ขย ย  ย Familiarity with front office software (FOX & CAF preferred)
โ€ขย ย  ย Demonstrated understanding of complete billing function within a large ERP package (PeopleSoft strongly preferred)
โ€ขย ย  ย Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nice to Have
โ€ขย ย  ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business related discipline (Accounting, CIS or Finance preferred) preferred but not required
