Overview:

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. The company offers steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

  • Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries while maintaining on‑time performance.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid Class A CDL, or recent CDL school graduate who has completed at least 120 hours of instruction and is eligible for company training.
  • Satisfactory driving record demonstrating a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen.
