Associate Dispatcher I

Overview

We’re looking for an Associate Dispatcher I to coordinate and dispatch work orders, support field technicians, and ensure timely service delivery. This role works closely with customer service and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and schedule daily work orders for field technicians.

Monitor work orders and balance workloads using SAP or mobile dispatch systems.

Communicate with field teams and customers regarding job status.

Prioritize urgent requests and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

1+ year of dispatching, work order management, or related operations experience.

1+ year of SAP or mobile dispatch system experience.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Schedule

Four-day work week: Three 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week. Assigned schedules remain consistent throughout the assignment and include a rotating weekend shift.

Morning Shift

  • Sunday through Wednesday
  • 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Weekend shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Evening Shift

  • Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday
  • 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Day Shift

  • Monday through Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Rotating weekends required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
