Job description

Delivering excellence Every time. We are looking for a dispatch delivery technician to help ensure our medications get delivered on time and efficiently!

Some primary job duties for this role include:

  • Dispatch all daily deliveries for Washington’s LTC departments
  • Act as communication liaison with drivers throughout the day
  • Know approximate time of delivery when facility/patient calls
  • Pack and prep meds according to facilities & wings within facilities
  • With knowledge of every delivery, departure time, required arrival time and route taken, they would be equipped to make efficient use of drivers, get deliveries to the right locations by the time expected
  • This technician would make the determination on the best method to handle the STAT
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor, including technician responsibilities when needed
