Security Operations Center Experience is Required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security AND customer service fields.
Join our growing North America Operations Center (NAOC) team as a Dispatcher, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, assets, and operations in North America.
You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication - 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
  • Monitor the facility's CCTV to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people.
  • Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications system, national weather, and act quickly and decisively.
  • Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
  • Utilize internal communications systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism.
  • Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges.
  • Provide security support for various client projects and events.
  • Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Valid state security license
  • Previous dispatch experience required
  • Minimum of one year of security experience
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
  • This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
