Irrigation Dispatch Coordinator

Compensation: $24$25 per hour

Ceres Landcare is seeking a motivated and organized Irrigation Dispatch Coordinator to join our Eagle, Colorado team. This role is essential to keeping our irrigation operations running smoothly, ensuring our technicians are scheduled efficiently, and providing excellent communication across teams and with clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch irrigation technicians to daily service calls and scheduled routes
  • Manage and optimize schedules, routes, and workload distribution
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, field staff, and management
  • Track work orders, service requests, and project updates using PCbased systems
  • Support irrigation department operations with administrative and logistical tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, scheduling changes, and customer updates
  • Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely followthrough
  • Collaborate closely with irrigation managers and field teams to ensure efficient workflow

Required Qualifications

  • Dispatch experience in a servicebased or fieldoperations environment
  • Scheduling and/or route management experience
  • Strong PC skills, including comfort with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and communication tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive, teamoriented attitude
