Duties/Responsibilities:

· Placing standard or emergency orders

· Securing Vendors

· Maintaining repeat orders

· Reporting Customer Gallons

· Maintain Customer Portals

· Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors

· Securing equipment as needed

· Customer, Vendor and Department support

· Other jobs as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

· Dispatch experience

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

· Customer service attitude

· High School Diploma or Equivalent


Position requires: 24/7 availability to monitor emails, calls & texts. Must always have access to wifi and ability to send orders from phone or computer. Requires major problem-solving skills, understand sense of urgency, and ability to handle extreme stress while maintaining a firm, flexible, friendly disposition.


Schedule: You will work 2 days one week and 5 the next, this will include weekends.


· Example: Wednesday & Thursday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the next week. Hours will be 10 AM - 10 PM.
