OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position Summary: The Operations Manager oversees the full operation of Score Entertainment, a family entertainment center in Humble, Texas. This role is responsible for guest experience, staffing, safety, revenue, food and beverage, attractions, parties, and daily performance across all departments.

Primary Duties:

● Lead all departments including front desk, attractions, parties, kitchen, bar, and maintenance.

● Drive sales, profitability, labor control, and guest service standards.

● Hire, train, coach, and evaluate managers, supervisors, and team members.

● Ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and policy compliance throughout the facility.

● Review reports, manage budgets, track performance, and support marketing/community outreach.

● Handle escalated guest concerns and make operational decisions during busy periods.

Qualifications:

● 3–5+ years of management experience in hospitality, family entertainment, restaurant, amusement, or venue operations.

● Strong leadership, scheduling, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Experience managing staff, inventory, customer service, and daily operations.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

● Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
