At Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry & Braces, our Operations Manager keeps the practice running smoothly while creating a great experience for our patients, families, and team. This role leads the daily operations of the office, supports employees, helps the practice meet financial goals, and ensures excellent patient care.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred (or equivalent management experience)

  • 5+ years of leadership or office management experience, preferably in healthcare or dental

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing a team

  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Customer service and healthcare management experience is a plus

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the daily operations of the practice

  • Hire, onboard, train, and coach team members

  • Create a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment
