What are some common challenges Disability Program Managers face when coordinating accommodations, and how can they effectively address them?

Disability Program Managers often encounter challenges such as balancing the diverse needs of employees with disabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and navigating limited resources. To address these, effective communication with employees and managers, staying current with accessibility regulations, and fostering strong relationships with HR and external service providers are essential. Proactively educating the workforce and creating clear processes for requesting and implementing accommodations also help streamline support and reduce misunderstandings.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from initial design through to successful launch and post-production support. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue between technical development teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring that complex projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with our strategic business goals.
The ideal candidate is a master of "the follow-up"-someone who can translate high-level executive vision into actionable project plans, hold diverse teams accountable, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of technology programs, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the organization and present project status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership.
Operational Excellence: Drive results by maintaining meticulous project documentation, tracking budgets, and managing complex schedules using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead global teams across different time zones, resolving conflicts and ensuring all contributors are aligned on objectives.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions to keep projects moving forward under pressure.
