Program Director, Strategy & Delivery Role Overview

Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to drive end-to-end strategy execution, ensuring clear accountability, disciplined delivery, and measurable business value. This role translates enterprise strategy into coordinated, cross-functional programs and ensures sustained adoption and value realization. The role will build and ensure execution of the transformation roadmap, change management plan, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable change adoption across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Transformation Strategy & Roadmap
  • Build and own the transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives to strategic business priorities.

  • Continuously adapt the roadmap based on performance insights, market dynamics, and business conditions.

  • Translate strategy into executable programs with clear milestones and outcomes.

Program, Portfolio & Value Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across multiple workstreams.

  • Manage interdependencies across initiatives and functions.

  • Ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and value commitments.

  • Establish governance, decision rights, and reporting frameworks.

  • Define value-added metrics and success measures for each initiative.

  • Partner with functional and finance leadership to ensure benefit realization and sustainment.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
  • Lead enterprise-wide cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive experience, including leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in program, portfolio, or transformation leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple business functions (operations, commercial, finance, or strategy).

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through complex change initiatives.

  • Experience operating in food and beverage manufacturing, or similarly complex environments preferred.
