Job description

Job Summary:
Enpro Inc. is a leading industrial technology company focused on critical applications across various end-markets, including semiconductor technology. The Director of Product Management for Semiconductor Showerheads/Gas Distribution Plates will support the strategy and management of gas distribution products, collaborating with engineering and commercial teams to drive growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Support execution of product strategy and roadmap for gas distribution products
• Develop and maintain MRDs and PRDs, translating OEM and fab requirements into product definitions
• Manage day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including NPI, commercialization, and sustaining efforts
• Support phase-gate / PLC processes to ensure alignment on cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to support OEM design-ins, qualifications, and customer engagement
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption within existing customers and platforms
• Gather voice of customer (VOC) feedback and monitor market trends to help refine product direction
• Support near-term product planning aligned with customer needs and internal priorities
• Contribute to pricing discussions aligned to market conditions and product value
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams
• Help drive clarity on priorities, timelines, and execution milestones
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 5-10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Experience with gas delivery systems, fluid handling, or process-related components
• Exposure to product management or product line support responsibilities
• Familiarity with MRDs, PRDs, and product lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting OEM customers or semiconductor fabs
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred:
• Master's degree in engineering or related field
• Exposure to high-purity gas systems, valves, or flow control technologies
• Familiarity with fab environments or tool integration
• Experience supporting subsystem or component-level products
