  • SimulationExpertise: Learn and utilize commercially available TCAD simulators forsemiconductor analysis
  • ModelingEnhancement: Contribute to developing improved TCAD modeling approaches fortransient and radiation effect analysis in Si and GaN devices
  • DeviceModel Creation: Assist in creating predictive models forintegrated Si power FETs, enabling accurate simulation of Single-Event Effects(SEE)
  • CompactModels: Support the development of compact Spice models for Si and GaN discreteproducts
  • Collaboration: Workwithin a team-oriented environment to develop innovative solutions insemiconductor engineering
