Job Summary
Lean On Me, Inc. is a mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider in Idaho Falls dedicated to helping individuals and families find lasting recovery. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician to join our team.  Applicant will uniquely function as a Counselor and Clinical Program Director.  You will oversee all the day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff. This will include hiring and training staff, overseeing programs and developing both current and new programs, ensuring regulations on a state and federal level are being followed properly, and continually maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and has a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful treatment program. 

Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the clinic, including services delivered, safety regulations, and current and future programs 
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
  • Coordinate with case managers, medical staff, and community partners
  • Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
  • Provide assistance to clients across every stage of care, including outpatient services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and more.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures 
  • Recruit new staff and ensure current staff are up to date on current training procedures
  • Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to ensure a clear vision moving forward
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director is preferred
  • The required licensing/certification to perform this role
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current Idaho licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or associate-level with supervision provided)
  • Experience in SUD treatment or co-occurring disorders preferred
  • Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing and evidence-based practices
  • The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs
  • The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role
