The Global Customer Operations Group brings industry insights and experience to help our customers deliver on their technology roadmaps. We work tirelessly to earn the trust of our customers, because we know that working closely together leads to the highest quality outcomes.

The impact youll make

Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM. Coordinates with Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer requirements.

What youll do

Provide program leadership for a multi-year, outcome based, partnership to increase wafer output for constraint workstations. Serving as the single Lam owner across all customer sites, you will focused on execution, resource coordination, technical reviews, and results validation. As well as the following:

  • Provide program oversight, governance, and customer interface through monthly reviews and quarterly executive check-ins.
  • Maintain global tracking, ensuring clear ownership and deliverables while providing dotted-line guidance and direction to regional managers to ensure consistency.
  • Establish the methodology for determining baseline performance including RPT and SDU, manage project scope and scope adjustments, and develop the expertise to define how value is calculated and validated.
  • Working closely with CSBG to align on commercial billing and accountable for providing details on program performance. Additionally, you will serve as the escalation point for internal, CSBG, and customer concerns and resolution.
Who we're looking for
  • Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems.
  • Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
  • Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
  • Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Preferred qualifications
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelorโ€™s degree; or 12 years and a Masterโ€™s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
