We are looking for a MDM Lead who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise Master Data Management solutions supporting Commercial operations in Life Sciences industry. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in MDM platforms (primarily Informatica), strong understanding of Pharma Commercial data domains, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable data architecture and operating models..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • MDM Strategy & Architecture
    • Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions for Commercial domains such as HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Product, Territory, and Customer hierarchies
    • Define golden record strategy, survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data stewardship workflows
    • Establish MDM reference architecture aligned to enterprise data strategy and regulatory requirements
  • Informatica MDM & ETL Delivery
    • Configure and manage Informatica MDM (Multidomain or Customer 360) including: Data models, match rules, trust frameworks, and hierarchies
    • Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (or equivalent) to ingest data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., IQVIA, OneKey, CRM, ERP)
    • Ensure performance, scalability, and data quality across large-scale datasets
  • Data Quality & Governance
    • Define and enforce data quality rules, KPIs, and exception handling
    • Partner with business and data governance teams to operationalize data stewardship models
  • Commercial Pharma Domain Leadership
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Commercial master data:
      • HCP/HCO identity resolution
      • Affiliations and hierarchies
      • Specialty, address, and territory alignment concepts
    • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Market Access, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management
    • Lead onshore/offshore delivery teams and review technical designs and code
    • Engage senior stakeholders to align data standards, priorities, and roadmap
    • Provide thought leadership on MDM best practices and operating models

Requirements

    • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementations within Life Sciences / Pharma
    • Strong expertise in Informatica MDM (Customer 360 / Multidomain)
    • Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines using Informatica or equivalent tools
    • Proven experience working with Commercial Pharma data domains (HCP/HCO, affiliations, sales, CRM)
