We are seeking a Director, Pharma Segment Lead to oversee commercial strategy and execution across our Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and other customer segments. This peoplemanager role leads a team of Solution Sellers responsible for driving growth across IQVIA Digital's AIM XR, POCN, and Email solutions.

This leader will also play a critical role in shaping segment strategy and influencing the evolution of our solutions, ensuring they meet the unique needs of this diverse and highgrowth customer base. Success requires strong collaboration both internally and with clients to create scalable, highimpact gotomarket approaches.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and other customer segments.
  • Define and optimize the gotomarket strategy for Small, EBP, and Other Pharma segments, incorporating market insights and client feedback
  • Partner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to shape solution enhancements and segmentspecific offerings
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to pharma brand, marketing, and commercial teams, translating their objectives into actionable solution strategies.
  • Build collaborative, trustbased relationships with clients to cocreate engagement approaches, refine best practices, and drive longterm value.
  • Navigate complex pharma organizational structures to identify, engage, and influence key decisionmakers and crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth across the Digital portfolio, with a focus on omnichannel execution, optimization, and measurement.
  • Collaborate deeply across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless delivery.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the evolving digital, HCPengagement, and data landscapes.
  • Represent IQVIA Digital at client leadership meetings and industry events to elevate visibility and shape market perspectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • US Remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or datadriven healthcare solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pharma customer segments-particularly Small, Emerging Biopharma (EBP), and nonTop 50 organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, or leading crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Experience selling or deploying digital engagement, audience targeting, or advanced analytics solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a highperforming commercial team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate customer and market needs into scalable solution approaches.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00.
