Job description

The Solution Sales Director, Integrated Patient Support sits in the Patient Access and Support Services (PASS) Center of Excellence. Working with a wide variety of pharmaceutical and MedTech clients, this is an individual contributor role that requires strong consultative selling skills.

This role requires the ability to identify existing and new client business challenges and strategically align IQVIA PSS solutions to address the access, affordability, adherence, and awareness barriers they face. This presents the opportunity for integrated sales across different account segments including large pharma, mid-size pharma, precommercial and med tech clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for consultative sales approach aligned with client accounts to drive business growth across the PASS enterprise.
  • Working with a wide variety of clients, this role mixes strategic and transactional relationships. This requires the ability and flexibility to adapt different strategies for different audiences - from business development with new clients through to developing solutions with more established customers.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated sales across different account types including: MedTech, Large Pharma, EBP and small/mid-size pharma.
  • An understanding of patient services, such as Copay (Affordability), HUB (Access), in-home clinical solutions and nurse educators (Adherence), Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) and Health Information Tech. (HIT) (Awareness).
  • Work collaboratively across delivery, solutions, product, and multi-disciplinary teams to effectively enhance clients satisfaction.
  • Drive relationships and develop or grow new opportunities across accounts.
  • Generate new and repeat business within accounts.
  • Networking across companies and into new companies, for new accounts
  • Responsible for cold calling and customer development.

Qualifications:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • US Remote/home based with approximately 30% travel to clients and conferences.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8-10+ years relevant sales and industry experience with 3+ years of selling patient services, including but not limited to access, affordability, and adherence solutions.
  • Skills to strategize around winning as well as developing new opportunities.
  • Networking, motivation, solid work ethic, self-discipline.
  • MS Office suite required and Salesforce highly preferred.
  • An understanding of patient services, such as Copay (Affordability), HUB (Access), in-home clinical solutions and nurse educators (Adherence), Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) and Health Information Tech. (HIT) (Awareness).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
