They seek to hire a Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of the life and annuity insurance operations. In this position the successful candidate will lead a team and provide strategic planning while ensuring compliance goals are met as well as enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

To be qualified, you must have:
