Miracle Kids Success Academy: What drives us

Miracle Kids Succus Academy (MKSA) is an early intervention day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Our treatment rooms are adequately staffed with teachers and teachers' assistants and are designed to celebrate the cultural differences of the children and families we serve. MKSA has many licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language pathologists on staff to provide needed care to the children who qualify for therapy services. And, MKSA has nurses on staff to serve children with medical needs. Our whole treatment team works together and with our patients' families to make sure each child's needs are met. MKSA typically treats children from birth to Kindergarten.

What's your day like?

As the Full-Time Director of Education at Miracle Kids Success Academy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing educational programs and ensuring that curriculum standards are met. You will collaborate with teachers to design effective lesson plans and support their professional development. Expect to participate in regular staff meetings, where you will share insights and strategies to enhance child engagement.

Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with both staff and children throughout the school day. In addition, you will conduct classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and engage with parents to promote a strong foundation for learning. Daily tasks will also involve analyzing child performance data to drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
