Job description

Job Summary:
Central Methodist University is seeking a Digital U-AI Coordinator responsible for providing coordination, technical support, and implementation assistance for Digital U initiatives. The role involves supporting the effective use of technology by faculty, staff, and students, and coordinating professional development activities related to digital learning tools.
Responsibilities:
• Support Digital U implementation and provide first-line assistance for faculty, staff, and students using iPads, approved AI platforms, Maker Space equipment, immersive technologies, and other digital learning tools. (35%)
• Assist with the coordination of Digital U activities, including onboarding, user communication, event support, professional development sessions, and campus engagement related to digital learning technologies. (20%)
• Create, update, and maintain appropriate documentation related to Digital U processes and procedures, including tutorials, quick-start guides, FAQs, training materials, and support resources. (15%)
• Assist with tracking, organizing, and supporting equipment, licenses, software updates, and related technology resources used in Digital U initiatives. (15%)
• Support Maker Space and immersive technology implementation, including equipment setup, user support, training assistance, scheduling support, and preparation of materials for faculty, staff, and student use. (10%)
• Assist with administrative support, feedback collection, reporting, and other Digital U needs as directed by the Director of Digital Learning. (5%)
• Perform other duties as assigned.
