The Director, Digital Sales is responsible for building strong client partnerships. They will accelerate revenue expansion and provide outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. They will also support data and technology initiatives. This role requires a strategic problem solver with outstanding business insight. Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering effective solutions that exceed client expectations are essential.

As a Director, Digital Sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Your ability to drive revenue growth, deliver outstanding client experiences, and provide strategic mentorship will be essential in contributing to Epsilon's overall success. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that demonstrably solve client challenges and drive measurable results.

  • A strategic problem solver who can translate client objectives into actionable plans, harnessing the full potential of Epsilon's data and tech initiatives.

 Compensation Range: USD $120,000.00 - USD $180,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
