Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our fast-growing EdTech startup. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution and delivery of our technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the world, offering a unique opportunity to work in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, and product managers, throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and deliverables.
  4. Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on time.
