EdTech Co-Founder / Head of Growth (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Overview

EWOR supports serial entrepreneurs, including Paul Müller (Adjust) and Petter Made (SumUp), in building €1B+ companies. As a fellow you will receive a salary or up to €500 k of funding, weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a network of top 0.1 % founders and investors, team‑building support, distribution help, and funding assistance for a multi‑million euro round within 12 months.

Task Responsibilities
  • Own, build, and run your EdTech startup.
  • Engage in a tailor‑made personal development program led by unicorn founders to improve goal, time, and energy management.
  • Leverage our network of over 50,000 professionals for hiring and best practices.
  • Achieve product‑market fit and develop a sales and marketing machine.
  • Prepare your company for raising substantial funding and receive intensive coaching.
Qualifications
  • Based in Europe, the Americas, or willing to relocate.
  • Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ revenues.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
