Training Program
- Duration: Two weeks (10 business days)
- Outcome: By the end of the program, you will be fully trained and ready to start your new sales job.
- Training Graduation Bonus: Receive a $500 bonus when you show up for your first day on the job after completing the training.


Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to discuss pre-need arrangements.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each family’s unique requirements.

Job Requirements
- Previous industry experience preferred with an active Life Insurance License.


- Must have a Funeral Directors License
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with people from all walks of life.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
